I would have like to have been able to pick up some gear while I was there. The selection was limited. That's the only criticism that I can offer. It wasn't a big deal, so I just shrugged it off.
I recently had the pleasure of making my first motorcycle purchase through Chris Lawson and Tom Wood Powersports. Due to traveling from out of the area I got there closer to closing time on a Saturday then I'm sure their families would have preferred, but you would have thought their team had just arrived by the way they treated me. They asked about my budget and worked rigorously to provide information on any questions I had. Not once did I feel they had an agenda or pushed in away into a decision. Chris simply did what he could to accommodate me in every way. If you are ever in the market or have questions as to what may be the best option for you. I highly recommended making the trip to visit with Chris and Tom Wood Powersports to ensure you are on the best path to a pleasant experience. You won't leave disappointed. 5 star establishment!
The service department was fantastic! TJ followed up throughout the repair and modification of two ATVs. I was shocked at how fast they said they would have it back and then they had it done a day earlier than scheduled. I am very impressed. I won't go anywhere else in town now.
Staff was great! Well worth my long drive from Kentucky. Out the door quote before my visit. Dealer fees were very low which was noted on their website. My salesman, Jesse, even helped me load and secure the bike on my trailer. Thanks Tom Wood Powersports for my exceptional experience!!
I worked with Jesse at Tom Wood Powersports. He was really responsive to my calls and emails and we were able to put a deal together very quickly! I had to drive from Cincinnati to get to the dealership, but it was worth it. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready and so was the bike - almost. We found that the battery was dead and Jesse immediately installed a new one. No hassle.
If you're in town or within a reasonable driving distance, you should definitely consider Tom Wood Powersports for your next purchase or to stop in and talk to the crew. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. It was like we were all old friends having a reunion. I bought an XSR900 and they even helped me load it on the back of the pickup.
I love this place. The service is always amazing. The general service manager is always very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend!
