I started my experience at Bart's with a low down payment and no previous credit history. I was interested in the Chevy Cruze they had on the lot and didn't want a co-signer. Craig ( my car salesmen) and Anthony ( bart's finance specialist ) made it possible for me to drive the car off the lot less than a week later! They are great people to do business with, very fair, very reasonable, and you will leave highly satisfied like I did! I highly recommend doing business with Craig he did great at explaining things, talking me through all my questions and making buying my first car a pleasant experience! Had a positive easy experience here. We compared prices of similar vehicles across many dealers, Bart's had the lowest price by far, vehicle mileage and condition of their selection was similar if not superior to other offerings. Sales staff were helpful and informative without being pushy. They pointed out a couple of different vehicles that were better values in terms of price. Those weren't what what we wanted but we appreciated seeing and hearing that, it didn't make us feel as if we were being pushed to the most expensive or most profitable vehicle on the lot. Financing was super easy, rates were incredible- if you've got good credit you'll find an excellent rate through Bart's. Car was freshly washed as we signed the papers, salesperson took time to walk us through the bells and whistles. Overall, thumbs up.
I got my 2011 with 86,000 miles on it back in October from Barts. The vehicle I purchased was beautiful. The man that helped me out work with me a lot to got me into the car i wanted. He was so very sweet and acted like he cared. Since October I have had nothing but issues. I have put $5,000 worth of work into my car. Believe it or not now my car is back in the shop and they are wanting another $1,000 to fix it. I had to have the whole suspension redone within a month of my purchase. The mechanic I have been working with tells me that there is a possibility that my car has been in a flood. There was not a rust spot one on my vehicle win I purchased it. Now my finger wells are resting out along with the inside of my floorboards. I have all kinds of electrical issues due to being wet.
