I can’t say enough good things about Ed Martin Toyota. This is the 4th transaction I’ve made with the Ed Martin group, and second with Toyota specifically. I went to turn in my lease with no intention of leasing or buying again right away. Salesman Scott Grigoletti was nice enough to go ahead and run some numbers for me anyway. After talking with my wife we opted not to re-lease and leave for the time being. No pressure whatsoever from Scott or the other team members. As we were leaving, Sales Manager Marc came over and offered to run some numbers for a purchase. He did so keeping in mind we have three kids and Christmas coming. He gave me a few options, and again with no pressure he let my wife and I talk. Together, Marc and Scott let us talk and decide with literally no pressure and helped us look at vehicle purchase from every aspect they could financially. With the numbers he gave us and the kindness from them both, I couldn’t pass up the offer. Then to top it off, Cory got us an interest rate better than any he has seen in a while.
My experience from start to finish with Ed Martin Toyota was exceptional. From first meeting the staff to the actual purchase process with Heather. This was the very best car shopping experience I have ever had. I visited many other dealerships without anything near the service I received from Derek at Ed Martin.
Derek was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt in his communications with me. Initially they didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for but Derek worked hard to find me what I wanted. He knew what he was talking about and was friendly, patient and listened in order to understand what I was after and the budget I was looking to stay in. Im very happy with my new 2018 Limited Platinum Highlander. :)
Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. They are 100 miles from where I live but I will definitely be buying my next car from them. If you go, ask for Neal. He was great to work with.
While signing papers we had three antsy little girls: 2, 3, and 5. We showed them the playroom and went a few doors down to sign papers. Next thing I hear, them running around. I go out to check on them and there is no less than 8 of the sales team playing music for them and letting them dance on the showroom floor! We were told not worry about them and finish what we needed to. They were taken care of. I never imagined my girls would get just as much (if not better) service than my wife and I! That means more to me than anything in the whole transaction. Thanks Scott, Marc, Cory, and the whole sales staff at Ed Martin Toyota!
