Clean and very comfortable. Impeccable staff!! If you aren't happy they make things right and are happy to do so. The staff from the front desk all the way to maintenance, are extremely nice and proffesional!! The staff make this a great stay!! Even better than the more expensive hotels I have stayed in. Housekeeping checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Even Comfort Suites didn't do that!!!
Their sign out front says weekly rates are $149.99 per person for double bed. I was charged $185.00. I went to the office the next day and they said it is an old sign. I have included these pictures where the sign is still up. They refuse to do NOTHING. And this is fraud.
Acceptable lodgings. Clean and very affordable. Very little extras or extravagance. Clean soft bed.
The location was good because you had a home style restaurant right next door then an convenient store right in front of that on top of that it's a all in all quite atmosphere
The new owner of this hotel is a real piece of work &’ needs to go back to where the hell he came from. Telling a woman that she deserves to be on her hands &’ knees cleaning, isn’t the way you talk to women in America. Will be telling EVERYONE I know in Anderson, Muncie &&’ all over Facebook what a joke this hotel &’ new owner is. (:
