Nice office bldg. Some staff more helpful than others.
Again, this year we reported a very minor claim with our small business. It wasn’t much money, but we were told upfront that it was covered and later told it was not. Requested multiple times a copy of the details (in writing this time) of what is covered and each time they send irrelevant information.
This year, we had hail damage to our roof, the contractor met with the State Farm claims adjuster who told us that he agreed the roof needed replaced. All the material was delivered to our home and the workers arrived to get started, but for some reason State Farm changed their mind between that meeting and the delivery of material.
Roger's office is great! They are always very pleasant to deal with and they know their stuff!
