I was very disappointed with this agent and how she handled my policies. When I questioned her on this she became very defensive and rude. I felt like she was far more interested in selling more policies than discussing possible options with her clients.
We transferred to this office after having problems adding policies from another State Farm office. i know...why would an office NOT want business! While we were meeting with an agent, Samantha (who is a dear), Mesha came out to introduce herself and engage us in non-business related conversation. They have always listened to our needs, helped when necessary and have been the most problem and worry free insurance agents I have experienced.
