My Brother sold a Ford F150 months ago and they refused to take it off his policy. After 2 inquiries Mr Gaskill refused to talk to him and said he wasn't in the office. A renewal cam the truck was still on it showing that he is still being billed for a vehicle he doesn't own. He has been with State Farm for 37 years and now this . He will have to find a better company / agent - What a shame!!
