Worst way to rent a house. If you are young, you get discriminated. Gold key will never send out a maintenance crew unless you threaten to sue them. Worst place to go if you have kids because They never clean their properties before you move in. All in all, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Gold Key Properties.

Worst property rental place ive ever done. Business with. I lived in one home for 6 months. Had many things needing fixed and they never took care of any of them. I got sick and was $285.00 short on my rent, they said it was fine and made arangnents to catch it up when i went back too work. After they took my money they took me to eviction court. I brought my receipts with me and the judge wouldnt even look at them. Do NOT use these crooks...
