I wouldn't even say one star. After being on the road for 6 hours. I called at 11:30 to place an order. Was on hold until 11:53. The lady finally answered and said she was "Running aboutique a hour and half behind." I responded with "we've been on the road for 6 hours, is there any chance you're still accepting orders." She said, "I'll get back with you." So I'm on hold again for another 10 min. Next thing I know. I hear a *click* and my phone informs me the call has ended.
Have ordered online from this location a few times now, during lunch time hours & have had fantastic service! Very fast delivery & great hot food! Very nice delivery man every time as well :)
If your wanting a quick bite to eat DON'T order here!! When I first ordered I was told it would be ready between 639p-649p then it changed to 650p-655p then till 7pm we finally got our pizza at 725pm. Ordered a pan pizza and it was thinner then the reg pizza we ordered. Asked for extra sauce because they NEVER put enough sauce on and low and behold there was hardly no sauce after asking for extra. I use to love Papa Johns but its just went down hill over the last few years!! They must not have employees that actually care about their jobs or the service they give.
I had recently written a very negative review about this location a couple months back. I had spoken with the manager directly and she openly explains their struggles and expects to have them fixed. Since we have ordered from here 3 times and all have been quick delivery. My only complaint is that they forgot one topping. But durastic improvement. Keep it up!
I always get my pizza correctly and fresh and made exactly to my order. My delivery guy Mister Mike is always cordial. Everyone should tip him tremendously because he really cares about delivering it promptly and with quality. When I order carryout it is always fresh and everyone is so very very cordial. Seems like it's a fun place they operate.
