I had a case years ago come up with the school system and I remember having friends and family search all over Indiana for an attorney to take my case and no one would, until one day we came across Mr. Daniel Whitehead, he was fearless and anxious to jump right on the case. Mr. Whitehead was not only professional but he made the process comfortable and easy, due to the trauma that was sustained from the incident. Mr. Whitehead is an amazing lawyer, very articulate, very time worthy, he was amazingly fast with every result and outcome. One of the best lawyers, I have ever met and not only that as a person. He truly inspires me and I hope one day, I can be as good of a lawyer as he was for me. The staff was nice and helpful always cheery and up beat, very respectful, just all around a pleasure to work with Mr. Whitehead and his staff.

I would recommend this attorney to everyone. I liked the reviews on here to begin with but when I actually met him and realized he was a man of god that is when I knew he was the one for us. He has been far more than an attorney, he has been a friend and has been there for us through it all. He truly cares about people.
The staff is amazing and Mr.Whitehead is so much more than just a lawyer, he is a very compassionate human being! I had fallen upon some difficult times with a sick family member and wasn’t able to keep up with my payments like I had originally agreed. When I had updated him and told him about my mom being diagnosed with cancer, he was very sympathetic and understanding on the matter as he is a cancer survivor himself. He’s very well spoken and really cares about not just his clients, but human beings in general. You couldn’t ask for a better lawyer!
Update..... I finally got my paperwork from the state. It took from May of 2016 to get it. No thanks to this very cocky lawyer. 1.5 years later..... overpaid lawyer here! Thanks for nothing!
To be honest before I dealt with Dan I had concerns from rumors I’ve heard but there’s always two sides to a story. Over the years of having him as an attorney he’s became more than that, we have been came friends and I can call his cell phone personally to discuss whatever.
