The coverage I pay too much money for is downright horrible. Sprints "LTE coverage" fails to send basic text messages half the time. Absolutely the worst provider to do business with.
Do not recommend for repairs. Had my mother's phone a week and couldn't fix it. She took to Indy and fixed in one hour.
Not the staffs fault, but everything takes 50 years to happen. System and computers must be outdated or on slow connection. They try to be nice about it tho.
No Star because the Store could NOT help me! A customer helped me more.
I've been incorrectly told by an employee what the price of my data plan would be, and when I complained to management I was promptly told, "my employees would never say that, they know what they are doing so you must be lying."

They never answer the phone, and when they do you are faced with rude employees and management.
