I don't enjoy checking out at this store. It's great to be personable with customers, but a 10 minute conversation is a bit much when there are others in line.
They have a good selection of games and decent prices on used games but their trade in and buying prices suck! For instance there has been a few times including today that I’ve bought a game from them for $35 to $40 bucks and not long after go back to trade it in for something else and they offer me $7 for that game I bought for $40. To me that’s a greedy profit margin! They want to buy games from people for bottom bottom dollar then sell them for full price. Think about your customers for once!
Employees know what they are talking about and they're easy to get a long with
Not always the biggest fan of Gamestop given some of the buisness practices, but this one is pretty good. Always enjoyed the staff, both when I go and appreciate the help they give my mom whenever she is there to pick something up for a gift.
I love this game stop. It is the only one I like to go to. The staff is friendly and really helpful.
