I love the hand-drying at Clancy's. The staff is always friendly, and they do a great job!
Been going there for many years have always had great experience I love that they clean the inside of your vehicle as well
Every since they started the unlimited washes the service has deteriorated. I was there today and they didn't even clean the bugs off of my car. One more time like this and I will be canceling my service.
Zero stars - Each time I have tried to go to the Clancy's on Centennial Ave. in Muncie, I am ripped off by their machines. Three times and I have not been refunded. That is a total of $40 and NO WASHES. Beware of their automatic drive-thru wash lanes - they will say open and even accept your payment only to give you an error and expect time/delays in refunds.
Clancy's does a better job washing your car than Crew. I give them 4 stars only because the staff isn't as friendly or well dressed as Crew.
