Slow for the soap to get to the brush and sprayer. Dirty parking lot. Clogged vacuums.
Horrible a guy walked up to me and my truck. Did not say Hello or introduce himself shuts my truck bed while he just stairs at me. Startled me.In todays world you can never be to sure of strangers. I suggest taking all muddy trucks here since customer service has no Respect for 1st time customers . Didnt even say his name just walked up and shut truck bed no introduction . In the end he called yhe cips while i waited for my mother and girlfriend to come back from gas station next door. CRAZY OLD MAN HE WAS..

Soap brush worked great, had plenty of time, tons of people in and out, lot was clean. It's in a great, convineant location, and you get plenty of time to wash your vehicle.
They do a good job of maintaining equipment, the result is a better cleaning for you.
