Staff is always helpful and easy to work with. I have rented numerous times. Any time I have had a problem they have made it right in some way.
Excellent customer service for the most part but when I was emailing one of the managers back and forth I suggested that they get an alignment on the car that was rented to me and then I never got a response. Hopefully they get it fixed before someone gets seriously hurt. It was hard to drive on the highway with a car that wasn't aligned well.
They didn't have the car we reserved on hand. It was due back later than we arrived and we arrived early. They upgraded us to the next model up that meant what we were needing for free.
