Payed 3 months inadvance the day I was leaving I went to pick it up thay said I couldn't use my debit card to rent the card but they let me pay for it in advance, thay told me it would take 3 to 5 days to get a full refund. so I called enterprise card rental thay put me in a car immediately. Budget will no longer get any business from me or my friends and family

Very easy rental process and we was on our way.... The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Received exact car we wanted (Ford Focus) was a very nice new and comfortable ride. We will definitely keep our business going to this location (53rd Street, Anderson, IN) we thank them for such an easy check in and check out and so nice to be treated good and as if they knew us personally.
