I am so Thankful to Laura, Kaitlynn, and the Dr. for saving my dogs life yesterday. My 5 month old shih tzu, ingested mouse poison, and I, as a first time pet owner, was a mess. My poor baby, I was so scared! I googled Vet clinics and called poison control. SAVC THANKFULLY was the closest to my house! They were all so amazing! From keeping me calm, to educating me on how terrible mouse that particular poison is, too literally healping me save my dogs life. I now have a healthy/happy puppy, and our new Vet! I can never say thank you enough!!
Not to mention the seemingly heartless 'welcome new customer' mail we received a day after having to put our cat down.
Vet didn't even listen to my pets heart until I questioned the care my pet was receiving. She came in the room, saw a small amount of flea dirt and spent the entire time searching and found 1 flea. After she left and the tech came back in my response was "That's all the vet is going to do is search for a flea?!" The vet was quick to return and listen to all my concerns after that. Over the past 6 months, I have had NUMEROUS discrepancies over the prices of medication for my cat who receives subcutaneous fluids daily due to kidney function. The price was never the same. (and I was coming for refills every 2 weeks!!) Overall disappointed, but i will say without determination from dr. Eddelman (whom has never seen my pet, I just spoke with him over the phone) My cat would not be alive today. I am forever grateful to him.
Great vet ! It's hard for me to afford some of the treatment.
Did not have a good experience here at all. My dog is not the most well behaved dog when it comes to coming to the vet. They wouldn't work with her at all and prescribed her "doggy downers" as I call them and we were told not to come back unless she was on them. They wouldn't even weigh her with me in the room. Took her to a completely different area away from me and my dog just isn't comfortable with that, and neither am I. Which is where her behavior issues happen, when she is around strangers and I am not there. Just didn't have a good feeling about it at all. Just switched to Devonshire Clinic and had a wonderful experience. They were so patient and kind to my dog.
Less than pleasant experience when we had to take our cat in. Wait time WITH an appointment was about 30 minutes.
