Angela was our server. She was appolgizing for not right peppermint shake and so she crushed up a can you can and brought it to me. She is and awesome waitress. Here in Anderson Indiana. Thank you Angela.
I hope they were training someone because twenty minutes in the drive through line is completely unacceptable. On top of that the food was merely warm and my burger was built sloppily. This isn't the first time I've waited much too long at this location.
Was a little busy. Food was good for a good quick fast burger. Dave our server was awesome! He was working harder than anyone in there. Serving, bussing tables, cleaning, making shakesang getting tables that weren't his. THANKS DAVE!!!
I have been to this Steak and Shake so many times, it's almost embarrassing to admit. Why oh why do I keep coming back here??? This place is absolutely filthy! They seat you at dirty tables, the floor is visibly dirty, the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in forever. It almost feels like you're being pranked! Like, how could the store let this facility get to this dismal point and why isn't the health department really sticking it to them? The management should be strung up by their toes from their corporate office! The food orders are often wrong and the vast majority of the servers act like you are bothering them and spend most of their time hovering around the drink station and ignoring customers. The only reason for the extra star in my review is due to just a couple of servers that work at this store that are doing the work of everyone else. There are literally just a couple people that are holding the ship together and should be running the place. Steak and Shakes corporate office really needs to audit this store and clean house. This would be a good location with the right people in place.
Horrible service. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes a line of cars behind us waiting. No cars in front of us. Kept trying to get the attention of the drive thru person. They ignored us. We had been able to give them a partial order before being told to wait indefinitely. When she did finally return to take our order, she couldn't handle ordering 5 milkshakes. Needed us to wait longer to figure out how to take the order. Never had such bad service.
