Not very busy but very slow. I tried a different meal and will never get that again. We usually love it there but have on occasion had our not so good of visits. This was one of those nights. The waitress was really nice. Her and being together with the family was the best part about the evening.
My wife & I dined here about 2:30p Dec 17. The place is really nice & wasn't packed out by being after peak lunch time. Waitress was pleasant & gave us ample time to decide on what we would eat. The food was good, prices be were like most places like this, we just don't like Pepsi product or alcohol, just good ol coke
very bad. food comes our cold every time we give them a try it's the same cold. we even asked and still comes out cold
Was seated while several waiters ignored us for 20 minutes. Watched as 4 groups seated after us get drinks and placed orders. We walked out and never looked back.
Single handedly, the worst experience of my life. Called ahead for seating for a party of 8, was told that they accepted it and it would be 20 minutes , arrived at the restaurant (20 minutes later) and was told it was a 30 minute wait. Fast forward to an hour and a half later, and we're still not seated! We ask to speak to a manager ,the manager apologized and sat us immediately which was great until we ordered our food. It took another hour to get our food, and when we did get it, all entrees were cold and undercooked. The manager then refused to come to our table and resolve the issue, constantly sending our waitress back to fan the flame. I'll never be returning to this Applebee's location. Everyone from the hostess to the managers are incompetent, ignorant, and unable to do their jobs.
