I was very impressed with how quickly they answered the phone, how quickly they were able to get us in, and how quickly they were able to give me an estimate. I was not impressed when they came out to do the job and then wanted to charge WAY more than originally quoted over the phone. They should train their office staff to ask better questions to give better over the phone quotes. If I had been originally quoted the price of $700 to $900, I would've never scheduled them to come out. They wasted my time and theirs. We did not have them complete the job. My husband and brother in law got it done.
They did all the interior plumbing, put in a new well pump ,installed our water heater, and repaired our sewer pump. They installed all our faucets and ran gas lines.
They came out and saved us. We remodeled our home and we were in a tough spot with plumbing. Roby's came out and fixed all our problems.
Water pipe leak which required a short replacement pipe (since the old gray pipe was not replaced?) from crawl space to toilet and new shut off valve. Asked for rates on service call/hr. charge. -That has to be determined on site. Tech got here same day and quoted $250 to $350 - have to see what we get into once I'm down there.
Working with Roby's has been one of the best experiences of our remodel. I highly recommend them.
Matt came over and fixed a bunch of stuff for us today. He is fantastic! We will be requesting him for all of our future plumbing needs. Give that guy a raise!
My leak is fixed but would not call them out again for service! Less then 1 hr/$214 Total
