I was eating out with my wife at cracker barrel and we were having a conversation with our server about my wife's health. We talked about how much we spend on prescriptions and our server told us about this place. She said it's a private owned pharmacy and said that it usually takes under 10 mins to get prescription filled and that they have low prices. So we decided to try it out. The guy that filled my wife's medicine was very genuine and kind. You don't come across people that actually stop to take the time to be nice and caring and this guy did!! You can tell he stops to give every one of his customers the best service imaginable. I will definately be back for sure and I will be telling everyone i know about this place! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
Let me just say i dont ever do reviews, but after i found this place i felt obligated to let the world know about the wonderful experience i had at Pharmasave. This Pharmacy is amazing! When you walk in this place you are greeted with excellent customer service. Do you remember the family owned pharmacys that would treat you like family or a friend? Well they don't exist anymore... with the exception of this pharmacy!! They are very kind, respectful, and welcoming. They have great prices on everything and from my experience way cheaper than walmart or meijer. When me and my 4 year old child walked in for the first time we wasn't sure what to think but within 2 seconds we sure realized what this Pharmacy was about. We was greeted with a very polite friendly smile from the pharmacist. Ive been in here a few time now and every since my first visit he has called me by my name every time. There is not one pharmacist at walmart or meijer that will actually remember you, let alone you name. PHARMASAVE IS FAST, ACCURATE, KIND, CARING, AND LOW PRICES!!! Every time ive been here it has taken 3 to 6 mins to get my prescription filled which amazed me, because if i go anywhere else I have to wait anywhere from 35 mins to a hour and a half. I will be telling everyone i know about this place. I will definitely be a returning customer! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
Great place with awesome customer service. Pharmacist is very friendly and does his best to do anything he can to make getting your meds as easy as possible. I have been frustrated with my insurance company and prolly wasnt a delight to deal with but he still was very understanding, considerate and very nice about it. I highly recommend using this pharmacy for all your needs!
The owner Jamal brings you back to what OUTSTANDING customer service is. Prescription price was cheaper than chain pharmacies. I highly recommend you take your business their and get ready to receive the highest in customer service. I cannot praise this place enough! My family will never go to another pharmacy again. Thanks again Jamal. The city needs to and should support this man and his business.
My family will definitely be switching to this pharmacy. Talk about a great experience, we were reminded of what customer service was supposed to be like. The pharmacist was very personable and even the kids were happy when we left. Definitely didn't feel like "just a number" as opposed to other pharmacies. It's nice to see a locally owned pharmacy again and their prices seem to be a few bucks less than Meijer which is an added bonus!
