I've been in worse, but been in nicer. We have many theaters nearby, so it's easy to travel to other theaters where the surroundings have a bigger selection of diners and department stores.
I think the theater itself is fine. One star is for the very poor customer service. I just went to see Daddy's Home 2 at 1:00 matinee with my grandson. I ordered popcorn and a fountain drink. We get to our seats and settle in. I picked up my drink and the cup collapsed and my drink soaked me, my seat and the floor. I went to the restroom to try to clean up and stopped at the concession stand to ask if I could get another cup so I could salvage what drink I had left. To my surprise the young girl told me no and I would have to buy another one. I replied you've got to be kidding me? I'm just asking for a small cup to which she replied, "I know it sucks right?" She didn't even offer to mop up the mess so I returned and found another seat for my grandson and I. With the expensive prices we have to pay for the concessions I'm sure you would not go bankrupt over a small paper cup! Maybe educating these youngsters on what GOOD Customer Service is should be at the top of your priority list especially if you want repeat customers. It might be worth an extra couple of miles to go to a different theater from now on. So disappointed with the lack of training businesses give these kids.
Its a great mall!!! The theaters are wonderful. Sometimes yeah, the staff may be kinda crappy, but we are all human! Somtimes we make mistakes. They could just be having a bad day, so show them a smile & kill them with kindness. You might just make somebodys day!!!
We go there frequently. It could use a good cleaning but most of the times it's okay. Staff could use some customer service training. There are good ones and bad ones. The bad ones run the good ones off.
Prices are cheaper than Noblesville or Indy. They have a stamp card that I always use for rewards which is nice. When it's full you earn free tickets. They could use a few small cosmetic improvements such as replacing hooks for coats/purses in the ladies bathroom. Staff have always been pleasant and I like helping the local economy. One of my favorite things to do with friends and family :)
