Good variety of movies and games to rent with good prices but I do often find the movies and games that we rented are scratched & either won't play or skip. But every time this problem is reported to the cashier's of Family Video they often will compensate us with either a free movie or our money back with no questions comments or concerns and at times are also very very helpful when answers are needed as far as what movies are good and what games are playable
I love my video store, just had a problem with a couple of the employees about a late fee that I knew I didn't OWE. It's different if you may have, ah did I , forget!! I live less than 7 minutes away,n I don't like being late for any reason. I am not paying for their error. But good news. The manager try to understand my position, it's a principal if I owed them a late fee I would have payed at the time I returned the movie.
So many movie's and game's to choose from I love it.
