Helpful and knowledgeable. The first time I went, all I needed was a watch band, but Steve treated me like I was buying an engagement ring. Another time, all I needed was help identifying a piece. They took the time to tell me, and they were right, too. They'll tell you whatever you need to know to make an informed decision, and their prices are very fair.
I have had wonderful service and beautiful jewelry for the last 25 years thanks to Standts,they always goes above and beyond any jewelry store I have ever been to, My daughter is picking out her engagement ring from there as well.
