Disclaimer: This review is based solely on the outpatient lab on the first floor. I haven't had dealings with the rest of the building so I cannot judge the separate areas.
I love this place
We took our toddler here and the lady that was supposed to draw her blood seemed very nervous. I specifically asked the woman if she has drawn blood of toddlers and children before and she responded with: "Yes all the time". So we put our trust in her and she could NOT get our toddlers vein. Instead of stopping and saying something like "I can't do it maybe we can get someone else to try" she continued fishing in our toddlers arm! Everytime she didn't get the vein she would pause and shake her head no and then fish around some more with the needle until I had enough and said I don't want my daughter's arm fished around in. You can either draw her blood or not but she isn't to be practiced on. She did stop after I said that but offered no apologies and actually didn't say a word to us. They didn't try to even talk to our toddler at all. Terrible bedside manner. The entire staff even in the office where they check you in was extremely rude. Nobody iffered a smile or a kind word and the lady that checked us in at the cubicle actually suggested it might be a good idea if our other two children (who were standing beside the chair I sitting in quietly at that) went and sat in the "waiting room portion". This is not a child friendly place and after dealing with them I myself would never even go there. I don't recommend them based on their seemingly lack of skill, terrible bedside manner, and just overall rudeness and lack of manners or emotions.
If i could give NEGATIVE stars I would! My review is based on the outpatient lab alone. This is for those that have young children. Do NOT take your children here to have blood drawn.
