Good sales, good selection of clothes for all.
Yesterday I was shopping for my family there and was approached by the store manager Shelly in her coat with a bag in her hand. She asked me is this your cart and I said yes ma'am and she said well I'm taking it and I said wait why are you taking my cart she then proclaimed because I am the store manager and I'm taking it. I was so confused and could not understand why she was bothering me out of all the people that was shopping in the store for Christmas. So we went back and forth about why she was even bothering me and she was looking all crazy and kept saying I'm not gonna talk to her that way and I said but you walk up to me and just say your taking my cart? With my purse inside the cart and all my stuff.. she then proceeded to call security and when he came I explained what happened then SHELLY the store manager with the red hair stated oh well store policy is when the cart is full we have to take the cart to the register and I said well why didn't you professionally say that and offer me a new cart? She had no response and just stood there.. needless to say she racially profiled me because the security told me that some people had been stealing the day before. The cops were called and asked her why didn't she just offer another cart and she just stood there face flushed, looking stupid as heck. I pulled out my carson' s credit card and she really started looking stupid. I have contacted the Civil Rights commission because this needs to be formally addressed and I will be doing my best to contact MARK WINNER the district manager. I have contacted his "main store" located in Travers City, Michigan and left him a message to call me please. I have never in my life been more humiliated.
