So far I am disappointed. In first visit he spent time how he doesn't get paid enough my my insurance since it is a form of Medicaid, and when I asked questions to determine how to modify my life when recovery surgery, I was accused of trying to tell him how to be the doctor.
I have had two, pre-care, separate surgeries, and post-care with Dr. Lloyd as my physician/surgeon and would never go anywhere else.
Poor office staff, does not keep you updated on issues. Not responsive to Tricare Patients and their needs. Did not contact me to inform me my claim was denied by Tricare when in fact I called Tricare and they stated yes they would cover the inserts. Inefficient, incompetent.
Dr. Lloyd and his staff are great. I would highly recommend them to anyone with foot issues. He has been in practice for many years and it shows. He also saved me money and gave me expert advice. You will that see his years of experience will do the same for you.
Dr. Lloyd has been my doctor for over 30 years! He's one amazing, caring, compassionate Doctor! I have told everyone that needs foot help to go see Dr. Lloyd! He's top in my book! He doesn't rush you and makes sure you are ok before you leave his office. I have had 2 surgeries in the past 2 months and he really cares about his patients! You don't find this kind of care hardly anymore! I wouldn't go to anyone else for my foot needs! Thank you Dr. Lloyd for being the doctor and person you are!
