Store was a mess clothes thrown everywhere I spent almost $400 at the Anderson store this week both visits were unpleasant its like going on a not so fun treasure hunt clothes strewn on the floor the dressing rooms were full of left behind clothes. My first visit customer service was awesome second visit customer service was the worst I've ever experienced at kohls. I am truly dissapointed.
Had to wait in line for awhile. The cashier was very nice.
Lines too long, only two cashiers. Waiting for customer to download app with no success, customers lined up waiting. Very disappointed!
Customer service is outstanding. Quality and great deals. Love Kohl's cash!
Wished they would do away with coupons, rewards, Kohls cash and percentages off and just mark items realistically.
