They have been taking good care of me at a reasonable price. I believe they are doing a good job. They listen to my concerns and let me know what to expect. I haven't had any problems.
I am not a patient; however went with a friend. They were the worst. Treated patients very unprofessionally. Most staff has left the facility due to the lack of integrity and care provided to patients. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. They truly do lie to patients, do not treat individuals according to disease process, and automatically assume patients are drug seeking although patients are not on narcotics or seeking them. If you want to be treated unprofessionally and like you do not matter, then go here.
Just got charged 1,200 for an allergy test from this place, yes AFTER insurance. Go somewhere where people care... this isn't it.
At the beginning it wasn't too bad. Now I have my daughter with some serious issues going on and I can't get a phone call back with her referral to the specialist....... I am not asking for a script I am asking for a referral.... How hard does it get.
The lady at the front desk looks like she deals with alot of stupidity from people. At first there was no smiles. But now, she smiles at me. The registration people are sweet. And also the appt people. Very easy to talk to. The childrens psychiatrist there is awesome! I didnt care too well for the family Dr there. I just started seeing the pediatrician so i have nothing to say about her. She was nice tho. The counselors there, i didnt have a connection with one of the females so i stopped seeing her.
