I will no longer be shopping at this particular store. The cashier was incredibly rude. Also she would not except a coupon I had emailed to be literally 5 days ago. She said it was expired. She said she knew that I had received one yesterday or today and that's the only one she would take. I was floored. I have a paper one in my car that is the same type I tried to use ($10 off $30 or more) It clearly says it's good through Dec 24th. It's not just the coupon thing either. No one said a word when customers walked in and the lady who checked me out was incredibly rude. If Bath & Body as a whole is starting to implement super strict guidelines for coupons for customers such as myself who spend $80 at a time...it will be bad for business.
There are no stars given to this store based on a particular employee stating that my son who is in a wheelchair was not welcome nor was the store set up for wheelchairs. This is very unacceptable and rude and I am pretty positive their are laws about this. I will continue to push this issue until I am answered reasonably as to why this is allowed.
Not my thing but my wife loves all there products
My business will no longer be with this particular store as one worker told my friend and her son they were not welcomed in the store due to him being in a wheelchair. This is more than disgusting and cruel.
I love most all the smells! It is a verry nice store
