Needed to replace the windshield in my 2012 Chevy Sonic. Our first appointment went great until we noticed a defect in the windshield. Which was no way your fault just bad manufacturing. This was quickly resolved and rescheduled to replace the windshield. Even thou we had a few bumps & miss-communications with the (2) appointments, Kevin was very eager to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would say that this was one of the most pleasurable customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. He treated me like I was part of the family. Great job Kevin!!!!!

Made an appointment on Monday for the following Thursday for a 8a-12p window. Was called at 7:57am on Thursday and told my service would be between 2-4. I explained that would not work and was told someone "up north" needed an earlier appointment so my confirmed appointment needed moved. I feel victim to extremely poor customer service. I had made many arrangements to be available for my appointment time, but apparently that isn't a concern for this company. I would not recommend this company if you need the convenience of an appointment time.
