Took my bike in to be worked on. I was told it was a cheap Walmart junk bike. Strange since I had purchased the bike from the same store some years earlier for nearly $300. I was told it wasn't worth the cost of what I wanted. Was offered $50 trade on a used bike they were asking $150 for. When I asked some questions I was told the used bike was 6 years old, 7 at the most and would have cost roughly $600. I went home a researched some. The bike was a special edition from 10 years ago and and would have had an MSRP around $400. Stay away from this place.
The prices may be little more than they are online, but it is a price to pay to keep a helpful LBS in town. Besides, I can't go to Amazon and get my bike fixed.
Great shop
Off-brand components for name-brand prices and very rude almost non-existent service. The guy behind the counter actually said "I can't help you". All I was doing was trying to buy a tube to fix a flat. I told him what bike I had and he said he didn't know anything about them...it's a Trek which is the largest bicycle manufacturer in the country.

Great local bike shop. Even though I moved closer to Fishers, I still shop here. The owner is a nice guy and is helpful. I've never been disappointed with this store as opposed to the other shop in Anderson.
