Food is average for the type of place. The drink specials are pretty good. The 2 for $20 and $25 deals are great for eating out at a real restaurant on a budget. The bartender is very friendly, however quite busy. Expect a minute or two wait for a drink, but they do pump them out at a solid pace. Other customers tend to be very friendly.
Far from acceptable service. Took 15 minutes to get our non-alcoholic drinks and 35 minutes for a member of our group to get a beer. Not once but twice our waited brought someone at our table a water with only ice- absolutely no water in the cup. When our food finally arrived after over an hour, multiple orders were messed up. Ended up having to get our food in to go boxes since we had to be someplace else. If going here, hopefully you have more than 2 hours planned for eating dinner! Manager was nice enough to take $30 off our bill...while a kind gesture our time is worth much more than that
From appetizer to dessert everything was done right. Our steaks came out cooked to each of our desired stages. The BBQ ribs were fall off the bone tender & juicy. Our waitress was very helpful, kind & sweet. We will surely be returning again..
Terrible service and food was no different. I had to return my steak because it didn't smell fresh and didn't look good. No coming back for me.
I really like ribeyes, and have quite a high standard for the way they are prepared. I spoke to my server at length as to how I wanted it prepared, which was medium rare (A medium rare steak should be warm through the middle with a hint of red. Most of the center of the steak should be pink. The sides should be well browned, the top and bottom caramelized to a dark brown color with good grill marks). When the ribeye was served, it was was medium well (hint of pink in the very middle of the steak, the surface was dark brown with charring on the top and bottom the steak was very stiff). I let my server know, she took it back and about 15 minutes later returned with another steak. This steak was very rare. At this point most of my party was finishing their meal, so I are the rare steak. The manager on duty did apologize and discounted my meal slightly.
